Recruiting Chatbot

Staffing agencies lose candidates while they wait for a reply. Our chatbot answers them on WhatsApp and Telegram, in their language.

The same twenty questions, every day, at 11 pm. Let the bot take those.

Recruiting Chatbot builds candidate chatbots for staffing agencies. On WhatsApp or Telegram, in the candidate's language, the bot answers questions, screens, books calls and hands over to a recruiter. Your first sample flow is free.

What does a recruiting chatbot say to a candidate?

It answers the routine questions at any hour and hands anything personal to your team. Here is one evening's conversation, in four languages.

How screening in several languages works

Why have us build it, and not a chatbot platform or an assistant?

Because your bot is written from your agency's questions and your rules for what goes to a person, and it runs on accounts you own. A platform starts from its own template. An assistant spends the day on the same twenty answers.

Three questions to ask any chatbot vendor, us included:

  1. Who writes the answers?

We do, from the questions your candidates already send and the answers your recruiters already give. You approve every answer, in every language, before launch. After launch you keep sending new questions and we add them. The agency in our case study still does.

  2. What happens to a question the bot should not answer?

It stops and hands the chat to your team, with the conversation attached. Routine questions get an answer: shift times, pay day, documents, transport. A candidate's own file or schedule, pay negotiation, complaints and visa questions always go to a person. Before launch we test the bot on a list of real questions, each marked answer or hand over, and check the hand-overs first.

  3. Whose account is it on?

Yours. The WhatsApp and Telegram accounts and the AI provider keys are in your agency's name, so you pay the provider directly and nothing is locked to us. Raw message text is deleted on a schedule you set.

Has this worked for a real staffing agency?

Yes. As of October 2026, the bot built for an agency with candidates in several countries has answered more than 30,000 candidate messages.

The questions candidates repeat get an answer from the bot straight away. Personal ones go to the agency's team. The owner keeps sending us new questions to add, and they go in.

How does it start?

You send three to twenty questions your candidates ask. We send back a sample chat flow you can read, free.

If you go ahead, we build it on your accounts, test it with your recruiters, and route hand-overs to them. After screening, the bot can also offer candidates call slots in the chat.

What do agencies ask before they start?

Here are six questions agencies ask us before they start, with short answers.

What do you need from us for a sample flow?

Your most common candidate questions. Three is enough to start; twenty gives a fuller flow.

Please leave out candidate names and personal details.
